Rules

1. 1A team should only select one domain.
2. 2Members can be from the same or different institutions/departments. Participants must carry a valid college ID and complete registration before the deadline.
3. 3Submit a 1-page abstract + PPT after registration. The PPT must contain a maximum of 7 content slides + Title + Thank You = 9 slides.
4. 4Each team will have 7 minutes for presentation + 3 minutes for Q&A and must submit one hard copy of the PPT during reporting.
5. 5Select ONE domain: Computer Science & IT, Electrical, Electronics & Instrumentation, or Mechanical, Production & Mechatronics. Evaluation will be conducted separately for each domain.
6. 6The presentation should cover Problem Statement, Objectives, Methodology, Innovation, Results/Expected Outcome, Applications/Impact, and References.
7. 7Participants must maintain professional conduct and strictly follow the instructions given by the organizers and judges.
8. 8Judges may ask conceptual questions beyond the presentation.
9. 9Research findings and results must not be deliberately misrepresented.
10. 10Judging (100 marks): technical content 25; innovation & novelty 20; results/analysis 20; practical application/impact 15; presentation skills 10; Q&A/technical defence 10.
11. 11Prizes will be awarded separately for each domain based on the performance of the participants: 1st prize - cash prize; 2nd prize - cash prize; 3rd prize - certificate of recognition.
